Privacy Policy

MeetSmart is operated by Kognexity ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use MeetSmart, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

  • Account data — your email address, display name and authentication identifiers.
  • Meeting content — the notes, transcripts, files, URLs and connected-tool content you submit for analysis, and the reports generated from them.
  • Integration credentials — API keys or tokens you provide for services such as Fireflies, Granola or Notion, stored encrypted and used only to fetch content you request.
  • Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store only your subscription tier, status and Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your card details.
  • Operational logs — timestamps and error information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your content solely to produce the reports you ask for, to enforce plan limits, to send you service email, and to keep the product secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your meeting content to train models.

Processors

We rely on a small set of vendors to run MeetSmart: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, large-language-model providers for analysis, Stripe for payments, and our email delivery provider on the kognexity.ai domain. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Retention

Meeting content and generated reports are retained while your account is active so you can revisit your history. You can delete individual items at any time. If you close your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain billing records.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@kognexity.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it. Row-level security scopes every record to its owning account.
