Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MeetSmart, a product of Kognexity. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
MeetSmart analyses meeting notes, transcripts and related material and returns a structured report including ranked actions. Output is generated by large language models and is advisory. It can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for decisions you take based on it.
Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to submit it, including any consent required to record or share a meeting under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use MeetSmart to break the law, to submit content you have no right to, to reverse-engineer the service, to resell output as a competing analysis product, or to attempt to disrupt the platform.
Plans and billing
- Free accounts are capped at 2 reports per calendar month with reduced analysis depth.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are in USD and exclude any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid plans.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of a report.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
