Refund Policy

We would rather you leave happy than stay billed. The free plan exists so you can judge the output before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Monthly plans — if you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have generated no more than 3 reports in that period, write to us and we will refund it in full.
• Annual plans — full refund within 14 days of the charge. After that, we refund the unused whole months on request.
• Service failure — if MeetSmart is materially unavailable or fails to generate reports for an extended period, we refund the affected period regardless of the windows above.

How to request one

Email billing@kognexity.com from your account address with the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country. See also our terms of service.
